Ombudsman NSW assists agencies within its jurisdiction to address problems with performance. These problems may be uncovered by complaints from the public or by people who work for those agencies. Wherever possible, Ombudsman NSW encourages you to approach the agency involved about your problem, to give them an opportunity to address the problem.
