Community Care Common Standards
The Australian Department of Health and Ageing has developed the Community Care Common Standards to be applied to range of Community Care services – including in home care.
The Standards are made up of three Standards and 18 expected outcomes relating to those Standards.
Each of the Standards includes a principle that summarises the intent of that Standard.
The three Standards are:
- Effective Management
- Appropriate Access and Service Delivery
- Service User Rights and Responsibilities.
