Driven by one of our support workers: All of our Support Workers who are permitted to perform transport services are confident drivers who need comprehensive car insurance
E-Ticket: Our care coordinators can arrange for an e-ticket, which functions as a one-time-use cab charge card with a value of up to $150. This option is ideal for single or occasional trips to appointments and other essential outings.
Fast Card: Alternatively, clients can opt for a Fast Card, which operates similarly to a debit card. The cost of transportation services will be charged directly to your home care package, providing a convenient and hassle-free payment method for regular or frequent travel needs.
